With the promotion of the implementation of the new curriculum reform, junior high school art curriculum plays a more and more important role in quality education. Art education, not only play an important role in training the students’ creative consciousness and creative ability, but also help to improve the students’ humanistic quality and comprehensive quality. Art appreciation teaching, as a branch of art programs in education, to the development of students’ aesthetic sentiment, improve the aesthetic ability, promote the individuality, has an important value. At present, the junior middle school art appreciation teaching under the guidance of the new curriculum, we have achieved some achievements in teaching, there are also some problems, especially the students from "Curriculum" to "interest course" transformation. Therefore, study on the junior high school art appreciation teaching, have an important educational value.The educational theory of constructivism, which emphasizes "to integrate the individual original knowledge experience, psychological structure and beliefs, to construct new knowledge", but also highlighted the "personal learning initiative, social interaction and thinking the situation".Great enlightenment on teaching of constructivism theoretical ideas,which teachers are required to provide students with a variety of teaching examples and knowledge representation,put what they learn to real life,put forward questions that close to the students in teaching to seek the views of students and to give attention,and teaching settings should be suitable for students to put forward assumptions and promote a high level of interaction;rely on no interpretations overly and evaluate students rationally in the teaching situation.Making a clear indication in the process of teaching of using teaching strategies, that the emphasis of cross-application and integration applications on meaningful reception learning teaching strategies, problem-based learning teaching strategies, discuss learning teaching strategies and cooperative learning teaching strategies in the classroom.In fact,the value of art appreciation teaching can not be fully represented and go on wheels without elaborate learning design,which put forward more requirements to teachers and students,these requirements, however, provide a good prerequisite to the acquisition of knowledge and meaningful construction, making constructivism teaching become more distinctive,maximizing the impact on students.The elaborate constructivism learning design among the teaching process depend on six links which include the creation of a favorable scenario, organize interaction group, build teaching bridges, plan learning tasks, arrange exhibition on the achievements and guide classroom reflection.Therefore, with the theory of Constructivism Perspective, research on junior high school art appreciation teaching, to change the traditional view of learning in the process of teaching, education, classroom concept, enhance students’ self-learning ability of art, all have an important role.
