Study On Mode Yingtan Vocational Training Under Information Technology Environment

This paper studies the mode of vocational training under information technology environment by making use of modern information technology and through establishing computer multimedia training classroom and employment training network with the Employment Training Center Subordinated to Yingtan Municipal Employment Service Bureau (Jiangxi Provincial Re-employment Training Base) as base. Analysis and comparison with traditional vocational training mode are made in the paper. It proves that the application of information technology in the field of vocational training is necessary and feasible.The result of the study shows: 1. In comparison with traditional vocational training, vocational training under information technology environment will reduce training cost, enlarge training scope, improve training efficiency and relax the contradiction between huge training demand and insufficiency of training capacity. 2. Vocational training is mainly focused on adults. In comparison with traditional vocational training, vocational training under information technology environment is easier in solving the conflict or contradiction between work and study time for it breaks through the limit of time and space. 3. With the help of network, it is easier to realize an effective combination of vocational training and employment and make training on the network get closer to employment. Therefore, vocational training under information technology environment has clearer aim and practical use than traditional vocational training. 4. Informational construction of vocational training will realize online of all vocational training institutions in different levels in our country. All training institutions at the grass-roots levels will be able to timely receive training courses and information published by state authoritative training organizations through computer networks. In this way, training resource can be shared to the maximum extent. 5. With the help of Blog and E-mail, vocational training under information technology environment is easier to provide follow-up service to and collect feedback information from trainees after the completion of training.
