The rapid development of information technology has pushed all walks of life into the development mode system of "Internet +".The deep integration of Internet and education inevitably updates the traditional teaching mode.Educational informationization has become the mains trend of education development today.Optimizing classroom teaching using information technology to realize personalized teaching is an important work point of educational informationization.In the process of promoting the reform of teaching mode,the teacher is playing an important role.How to improve teachers' information literacy and information technology application ability has become a key topic that cannot be ignored in the current teacher education work.Therefore,in 2013 the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Implementing the National Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Information Technology Application Ability Promotion Project",and started up the training program for the information technology application ability improvement of primary and secondary school teachers,and strongly advocated the mixed training model of teacher training information.In this context,the construction of teachers' information technology application ability network training system provides a beneficial guarantee for the sharing of learning resources,the convenience of communication and discussion,and the innovation of management mode.It also opens up a new service mode for the smooth and effective development of teacher distance training,the improvement of teachers' information technology application ability and the quality of teacher training,promoting the efficient development of educational informatization.The teachers' information technology application ability network training system is based on the theory of constructivism,adult learning,and so on.The system uses B/S structure to set up a network training community that integrates "personal studio– teacher workshop – network training community".The system is designed for three main users: the participating teachers(subject teachers),the guiders(subject experts)and the project administrators(Educational Administration Managers).The system uses the dynamic chain list,recommendation algorithm for content filtering,cluster analysis and other algorithms to design and optimize the training functions such as course learning,training activities for the participating teachers to enhance theapplication of information technology,and promote their professional development from independent learning,expert guidance,group collaboration.In terms of design implementation,the system mainly follows the object-oriented analysis method to analyze the business processes,user roles and system functions.According to B/S structure,The teachers' network training system uses MVC,.NET,SQL Server,combined with use case model,E-R diagram and entity diagram to design the system framework,functional structure and database,each functional module of the system is programmed and realized by Java and C#.In view of the changing situation of education development and the problems existing in current teacher training,this paper systematically analyzes and designs the network training system for information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers to improve the information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers,promote teachers' normal learning and research,solve the problem of cross-regional teacher teaching and research collaboration,help teachers carry out network training and learning activities more efficiently.
