A Study Of Multi-sites Colleges And Universities Management Mode In JiangXi

The emergence of multi-sites colleges and universities brings a series of new problems in educational managements, and the way to solve the problems exerts much influence on the consolidation and development of these colleges and universities.This paper takes the multi-sites colleges in Jiangxi as the subject, takes the background of the arise of multi-sites colleges as the start point and analyzes the characteristic self and main factors variance and main factors influencing the management through real-site investigation in qualitative quantitative and comparative ways, under the contemplation of organizational and higher-education administrational theories.
