Creative learning, as a new educational theory, has not only become the beginning to promote all-round talent education, but has implanted the new activity to further deepen the reformation and promote the development in education practice.Since the third session of national instructional work, it has become the hot topic to carry out the creative learning of students education and cultivate the practice ability of students. Education is the major element to cultivate the talent and teachers are the key element to decide whether education is success or not. It has become the important problem which teachers have to deal with how to improve the whole quality of teachers and change the character of teachers in modern teaching. Therefore, valuation of executing creative learning at the side of teacher and teacher's character exchanging in carrying out creative learning has become an urgent problem to solve .There are five parts in the essay. The first part is to analyses the background in researching teacher's character exchange in creative learning. It will express the exchange of teacher's character from three different aspects, theoretical explanation of creative learning ,character exchange of teachers in accord with developing and the challenge of creative learning to the teachers. The second part is about the analysis of research report. In the course of instructional practice ,the degree of exchanging teacher's character may be different from the social expectation because of various social reasons ,and teachers probably have some problems on psychological adaptation and struggling .Meanwhile, the requirement of students to teachers is different from that of themselves. So I design two pieces of survey to analyses the character requirement of students to teachers and that of teachers for themselves.The third part is to mainly analyses the problems found in the survey. Teachers still have some misunderstanding in educational theory, which doesn't satisfy the needs of reformation of new subjects and instructing students to learn creatively, and the special quality of some teachers needs to be improved, specially in teachers' behavior and technique. The fourth part is to analyses the relationship between character exchange of teachers and creative leaning of students.The fivth part it is about the strategy to step up the character exchange of teachers.
