In June2001, the basic education curriculum reform (trial implementation)promulgated and implemented. The new curriculum reform Spread to the nation. Thenew basic education reform puts forward the new expectation and requirements on theroles of teacher.The teacher is the first performer of the education. The teacher is one of the keyfactors for success or failure to the basic education curriculum reform. The graduatestudent of education will becomes the education enforcer,they will face the newrequest to teachers. For the graduate students of physical discipline education, theprimary task is to develop their physical teaching ability, changing their teacher’s role.Therefore, a physics teacher how to become a qualified teacher of physics became anWorth studying questionBased on the background of new lesson instead and using the narration method,this article, this paper tells the learning and development history story of myself fromeducation class graduate students to a excellent teacher. In this transformation process,I reflect on two difficulties. The first question is the behindhand education idea. Thesecond question is the lack of education practice experience. I found the methods andways of students to teachers. This paper attempts to take oneself as a starting point, thehope is showing the transformation process of students to a teachers’ role.There are four parts in this paper. Part one narrated the origin, background,research methods, research purpose and material collection. Part two is choosing theexamples and lesson of role transitions in the transformation process, showing myunderstanding and attitude in various changing stages. Part three is the self-reflection, interpreting the transformation process; Part four is the inductive research conclusion.
