The self- efficacy theory is the most influential school in the social cognitive theory of psychology at present. Self-efficacy is a kind of strong inherent power in the mankind behavior operative activities. It has very important function in controlling and regulating the behavior. In the athletics teaching, the effect of the self-efficacy upon the students functions a lot. In the latest years, domestic and international scholar and athletics workers were also gradual to increase the understanding to this, carrying on the homologous research work and obtaining some research results in succession. However from current total circumstance to see, on the one hand the study cultural heritage quantity is less and not overall, most of the research still only be placed in the study of the experience level and macroscopic theories. So we are in need of concrete thorough study, which influences the factor of the self-efficacy and then analyze the different function degree of each influence factor. On the other hand, studying method is so simple. Most of the studies seldom adopt and combine the experiment method to carry on the research. Particularly in the athletics teaching, this kind of circumstance is very widespread, being lack of the experiment data to support through the means of the experiment. As a result they can hardly carry on more thorough and system investigates. Under this background, this text carries on the research to the problem of the above both side. The high school student is the key of the self-efficacy formation period, the good self-efficacy feeling and the self-efficacy convictions can make the student's self-confident strengthen. The grade two of the senior high school are the keys of the stage of the high schools period, they will face the high rigorous test very quickly. At this time the healthy problem of the mind and body certainly is not to neglect, but the self-efficacy can function a lot in the health development of grade two high school students, so the research and quests concerning this aspect should cause our the concern and the value. At the same time, the exaltation of self-efficacy in athletics exercise realm will inevitable "move"to other realms (such as education, live, work etc.), thus can be the promoting function for the formation of the self-efficacy feeling and the self-efficacy conviction in other realms, and will cause the whole life of study, live, work to produce the profound influence. So, the research of the self-efficacy feeling in grade two high school athletics teaching is a research topic that has the count for much meaning and values. This research adopts the cultural heritage data method, questionnaire survey; expert interview method, the experiment contrast method; mathematics statistics method and logic analyze the method, carrying on the research towards the factor and index of self-efficacy in senior high school athletics teaching. We draw a conclusion: 1.The success or failure experience has much influence in the athletics teaching for student formatting the self-efficacy feeling. 2. Teacher, students with excellent records and excellent representative from different levels to be the model, its standard demonstration making the exaltation of the effect level are also very obvious. 3. Speech and social persuasion is beneficial assistance for other effects promote factor. 4. Motive regulation is another important factors that influences self-efficacy, which includes target definite direction and the achievement motives, showing the exaltation of the ability feeling. 5. Physiology and mood state have not demonstrated the function of the significance on the efficiency level. 6. Each effect information is usually comprehensive to produce the result, and this kind of comprehensive function result reflects the characteristic that straight efficiency (namely the stability , enlarging ). 7.
