Although the athlete result mainly depends on training and good tournament by science, although the nourishment can't replace the heredity of the sport training or the sport character, the reasonable nourishment is a foundation that guarantees the athlete physique and the power characters, the combination of reasonable diet and sciences train to combine together, will be advantageous to the exaltation of the athletic sports ability. On the contrary, the inappropriate will lower the physique of the athlete and the exaltation of the tournament abilities, will still affect the sport result to acquire This text paper probes into the equilibrium problem of the diet of the athlete, being a week to the meal of the athlete a small period carried on the inquisition.
