In speed skating short distance projects, starting technology mainly to ensure thatathletes can quickly upset the balance by the rapid displacement of the stationary stateof the process to the state of motion. This stage requires athletes to the shortest timepossible for maximum movement speed, so fast response capability, a powerfulexplosive lower limb, and excellent action technology is the key starting players tocomplete the action. Currently scholars tend to ignore research on starting technique,which will focus on the technology curve, while starting related research is still small,and the study is not the system, starting on the impact of technology jointbiomechanics is not enough elements summarized.The research focus is to use the opportunity of the World Cup for the world’s topskaters starting technique of biomechanical research, seeks to investigate thebiomechanical laws theoretically starting technology, and our elite athletes starttechnique operates technical diagnostics, in order to improve the level ofshort-distance speed skating program to provide theoretical and practical referenceguide, by studying the following conclusions:1In the preparatory phase of a gesture, Asian players generally low center ofgravity height, hip, knee angle is smaller, but the torso angle than the big Europeanand American players. When our athletes start, the verticalvelocity and the horizontal velocity are in a lower position, poor motion effects.3In the sprint acceleration phase, strategic athletes roll is used by high cadenceto quick start, rather than using the step size advantage. Then, continue to maintain thehigh frequency roll posture, step frequency increases, the speed of the center ofgravity of the body can be improved.
