A Happenning Village--Study Of The Reverse Reaction Mechanism In The Development Of Northwest Rural Community

The paper,bengginning with the delemma of northwestern rural community develpopment ,by means of analytic structure of rural sociology and practical sociology as well as happening tree,makes descriptive study on the event of machinery mainfaining and water conservancy of Dong Cun,LongXi county,Gansu province,projecting the subjective feeling of countryside subject-villagers.lt construts the whole process in accordance with the villagers oral statement,analyzing the internal and external surroundings and development logic of northwestern rural community development,then reaching the initial outline and theretical refinement.lt also makes use of multiple theories to deeply study the process from various angles,which becomes the basis of systematic review of theory of rural community development,drawing a conclusion of reverse reaction mechnism in the development of rural community.The article holds that the reverse reaction mechnism can be defined as a comprehensive interactive model and effect which obstacles and consumes the rural community development because of the disorder within rural system and of rural community in the chain reaction of urban and rural community, which can be divided into the internal reverse reaction mechnism of rural community and the reverse reaction of rural community development between city and village. The former includes the defective method, the chain reaction splitting,the wore-out inertia as well as poverty culture formed by the three parts.The later covers the systematic obstacle input by outside motivative,regional partition_and cultural partition.The paper emphasizes the interrelative anylysis of the development system and the reverse reaction system of rural community,getting the problem in perspective from both good and bad side, so as to set up a comprehensive rural community development theory.
