Because of the appeal on teachers' professional development, and the effect from cognitive psychology and the postmodernism, there have been more and more researches about rethinking of teachers sine 1980s in many counties. Here in china the degree of middle school physical education teachers' ability is one of the key factors that directly affects that if the reform of current basic educational courses can be carried out successfully and smoothly. This research reveals the content , method and ways of reflective learning with qualitative research methods and semi-structual interview outline in such a background. It also anatomies the factors that have effects on middle school physical education teachers' reflective learning in order to develop and cultivate (train up) middle school P·E teachers' ability of reflective learning, and form a set of systematic model of middle school P·E teachers' reflective learning, which can improve the quality of middle school physical education and make a beneficial and useful discovery for the growing process of middle school P·E teachers.This writing takes 4 excellent middle school P·E teachers for example, then analyzes and discusses the effect that reflective learning has on middle school P·E teachers' growing(developing)based on the experience summed up by our predecessors.First, it makes necessary analyses and summary on the background of P·E teachers' reflective learning, the course of development and existing problems. In addition to, it puts forward problems on research.Second, it makes the concept of reflective learning clear, which is based on the achievements from the professional development of teachers home and abroad, reflective practice ,teacher training and some related fields.Third, to counter the complexity of P·E teachers' professionaldevelopment, this research adopted qualitative research methods and obtained the process of a deeper psychological changes from those who received research ,and analyses the function of reflective learning in development of middle school P·E teachers'.Finally, through some truth behind surface from interviews, it forms the content, methods, formation and factors affecting middle school P·E teachers' reflective learning of middle school P·E teachers' reflective learning ,and promotes middle P·E teachers reflective learning. Take 4 excellent middle school P·E teachers for example in order to inspire other teachers in middle school teachers' professional development.
