Research On Reflective Learning And The Professional Development Of High-school Teacher

Because of the appeal on teachers'professional development, and the effect from the philosophy and the psychology, there have been more and more researches about rethinking of teachers in many counties. Here in our country, the degree of high school teachers'ability is one of the key that directly affects that if the reform of current elementary education curriculum can be carried out successfully and smoothly. This research reveals the content, method and ways of different development phase middle school teacher's reflective learning with interview research methods and semi- structural interview outline in such a background. It also anatomies the factors that have effects on middle school teachers reflective learning in order to develop and cultivate middle school teacher ability of reflective learning, which can make a beneficial and useful discovery for the growing process of middle school Chinese teachers.First, the research puts forward problems which is based on the background of teachers'professional development and current elementary education curriculum'reform. It makes research means,research methods and relative concepts.Second, the research makes theory base which is based on the achievements from the professional development of teachers and reflective learning home and abroad.Third, the research reveals the content, method and ways of different development phase high school teacher's reflective learning from interviews.Finally, through some truth behind surface from interviews, it forms the content, methods and factors affecting middle school Chinese teachers'reflective learning and promotes high school Chinese teachers'reflective learning. Take 4 high school teachers for example in order to inspire other teachers in high school teachers'professional development.
