The realization of operation as enterprise for nonprofit university logisticscorporations with the tenet of "education first", it lies on the all-side systeminnovation in socialization reformation of university logistics, which includes theinnovation of incentive mechanism. If university logistics corporations under theclosed market in order to become the corporations which are the main body in thecompleted competition market, constructing incentive mechanism effectively is one ofthe key.This paper concentrates on studying how to establish incentive mechanism insocialization reform of university logistics. This paper is established in researchingand innovating with science theory and analysis model of incentive theory,principal-agent theory as well as game theory. It is a deeply research on how toconstruct paths of corporation incentive mechanism. This paper adopts interviewmethod, questionnaire research method and case study method. It designs the modelof university logistics corporation incentive mechanism which combines the theoryresearch, the actuality and the problems about the incentive mechanism of universitylogistics. It also set up a further constructing research on the factors in the model,then put forward the viewpoint that students' satisfaction should be put in the employees' results investigates mechanism. This paper takes Zhejiang RongdaEducation Developing Group Company as example. According to the research on theparticular information of the company, and adopts the method of discussions andinvestigate questionnaires, this paper do analysis to the incentive mechanism of thecompany base on seven incentive factors, then put forward the opinion how toimprove and perfect it, and designs the mechanism which import students' satisfactionin Rongda Group's performance assess. Meanwhile, it offers reference to other similarcorporations when they design the incentive mechanism.
