Further studies discover that sport immunity repression is caused by more than one fact, and it involves interaction and function integration between the nerve system, the endocrine system and the immunity network.However, there are few studies which, adopting immunity organization chemistry method, test the adaptive change of neurotransmitter that take place after the sport adaptability has formed. Purpose of the research: 1) inmmediate neurotransmitter response for long term strength increasing sport;2) adaptive change of neurotransmitter after long term strength increasing sport.In present research, 54 3-month-old SD rats are taken as experiment objects. In the experiment the rats are divided into 2 groups: the peace group (for contract) and the sport group. The sport group are put into a 4-week strength-increasing train in which 4 strength standards (20 ms/min, 25 ms/min, 30 ms/min and 35 ms/ min) are designed and each standard works for 1 week. Brain neurotransmitter, GABA ,Glu and GAD of the objects are tested before the sport, at the end of the sport and 3h after the sport at the experiment beginning, in the 2nd and in the 4th week respectively.Experiment results:(1) Glu lever ascends at the sport end and descends at the 3rd hour after the sport, still higher than peace value. Related data gained at the experiment beginning, at the 2nd and at the 4th week speak that peace value of Glu is always increasing with sport time prolonging and sport strength improvement and the span of instant increase keeps decreasing.(2) GABA lever descends at the sport end and ascends at the 3rd hour after the sport, still higher than peace value. Related data gained at the experiment beginning, at the 2nd and at the 4th week speak that peace value of GABA is always increasing with sport time prolonging and sport strength improvement and the span of instant decrease keeps.(3) GAD lever descends at the sport end and ascends at the 3rd hour after the sport, still lower than peace value. As GAD67 go up, the total GAD65 descends.Conclusion: Long period of strength increasing sport breaks the metabolism balance of Glu and GABA in HIP area of the brain of the rats. The organism then makes effort to maintain steady by spontaneous neuro-endocrine-immune net.
