A Study On Innovation Of Higher Educational Resources Distribution

There is a considerable literature concerned with China's higher education reform in the transition economy. At present, there are a pair of contradictory phenomena in the innovation and development of China's higher education. On one hand, the situation of the short of higher education resources cannot be changed because the financial support from the government is not possible to increase. On the other hand, the efficiency of using resources of higher education is still very low. Waste is serious. There are unbalance problem of fairness and efficiency of the higher education resources distribution. Under such background, this paper analyses how to change the way of higher education resources distribution to improve the using efficiency of higher education resources.
