In the field of elementary education, what we concern is the study of the reform spirit. Taking the conception in lead provides the junior middle school teachers with some methods to the reform of the subject. As a chemistry teacher, I analyze the problems which exist in the viewpoint of education, and tend to make some suggestions and solutions to train young teachers. Four parts are contained as follows.Part I, the preface. Here is the brief introduction of the time allocated on teaching. As to the reform of the new subject, I introduce my 16-year work experience.Part II, Problems. I set forth the purpose of researching on the chemistry subject. Some problems exist in the reform of teaching chemistry. We should adopt some relative methods to raise the young teachers' understanding of reform, and stimulate the development of teaching in the junior middle schools. The significance is that we can seek for the progress of both the teachers and students. We must realize that the course is knowledge, the course is experience and the course is activities in class. On the basis of theory and experiments, I analyze the standard of chemistry course.Part III, Survey and Analyze. Through surveying by collecting papers and investigation, we find six problems in the performing of the realization of chemistry course: the vacillation between direct and indirect experience, contradictions between humanism and behaviorism about the attitude and scientific conduct, the recognition of teaching values between self standard and social standard which goes to the extremes, learning knowledge does not match fostering ability, paying little attention to the process and study methods and the existence of the traditional relationship between teachers and students.
