Rights means the power and benefit which every citizen should have according to the law. The rights of the high school students refer to the qualifications of what they must do or not . The children's rights have been seriously infringed upon by the schools, parents and the whole society at present in China. As a high school teacher, the writer has investigated the school children's life and showed us the current situation of their life, especially in the schools in Shenzhen. The writer tells us that the children should have many kinds of rights, such as the rights of life, education, body, health, freedom, portrait, fame, privacy, property, equality and so on in the high schools and how they defend and protect their rights legally. The writer also asks the whole society to respect the children's rights, make the education regulations perfect and act according to the legal provisions. With the rapid development of the economy, our government must invest more to improve the environment of education and make perfect assessments. Teachers must be themselves. The children ought to be healthy both in body and in mind as a proverb says: "A sound mind in a sound body." Rights must be given back to the high school students. Their life must be active and colourful.
