On Innovation Of The Ways To Protect The Rights Of Women In Aspect Of Social Gender

Although great advances have been made in defending Chinese women's rights since 1949, we must realize that complete equality between the sexes doesn't come true and women's social status remains to be made further improvements. In this paper, I research into the problem caused by absence of gender realization in the legislation, and try to look for better way to defending women's rights.Having read periodicals and compositions, I consider that there are many limitations of defending women's right in the legal aid and international aid item. Moreover, there is few of compositions about gender realization in the legislation. The concernful meaning of the paper is to discuss the operation of the gender realization in the legislation.The foundation of defending women's rights is equality between the sexes. Chinese the traditional approaches for women's rights have promised better results. We can achieve more if our government take action to vindicate female's rights from origin— the legislation so as to accelerate the harmonic development between society and women. In this paper, I suggest that the government must set assessment mechanism which is to make, to actualize and to evaluate gender realization in the legislation. Those constructive suggestions are propitious to defend women's rights and to accelerate equality between the sexes.
