University students'consciousness of protect themselves'rights has intensified, while the sense of legal system and constructing a harmonious campus is more and more popular. When we pay attention to protect students' rights, we must found a new problem that is how we achieve our rights through the extant channel. This research on the difference of university students in choosing channel for protect rights for the sake of discussing the rights protection,It also for the sake of building sophisiticated system, solve problem and make the school'rights and students'right having a unify, constructing, a harmonious campus and have a law in campus.University students' protect themselves' rights actively is the key point to building rights protected system. This paper takes the university students as example,an empirical analysis is conducted to gender, specialty, grade, political status, the income of their family to found contrast which interests initiates a new perspective of the studies of this kind. By this contrast analysis we can build the protect rights channel to different people, do help to students' work, so that can protect students' rights and interests, can settle the dispute. We can let students and school have a good relationship, let our campus respect our students, having a law in campus, constructing a harmonious campus. It also for the sake of building perfect system and we have a new view to research this question.The contents and conclusions of the research includeFirst, a series of hypothesis of choosing difference is based on empirical analysis. Base on the data the right hypothesis is the choosing different may influenced by gender, specialty, grade, political status, the income of their family.Second, with data collected by questionnaires, an empirical analysis is conducted to verify the hypothesis. The result shows that student with different specialty factors like gender, specialty, grade, political statuses, the income of their family, do have significant variances on the choosing behaviors. Students from different place, with their father's different occupation In choosing channel are the same. They have low knowledge on choosing, dissatisfaction on the school'work.Third,according to the findings, giving policy suggestions for improving system perfection, to give advise from three point, the students, the channel,and the school.
