The pattern of online learning, as the modern study form of the information-intensive society, is the embodiment of the function in the educational society of the network technology. And it is the adjustment and reforming of the positive of study in the whole social digitized process. The writer makes preliminary research to The pattern of online learning with document research law and content law study.In the first part of this paper, the writer has defined the concept of the online learning. The writer thinks the pattern of online learning is systematic and steady learning process structure and activity procedure. At the same time, the writer Analyses the key element of the pattern of online learning. The pattern of online learning can divide into two key elements, one is entity key element (learner). The other is object key element (teacher, education resource, network media, teach goal).In the second part and third part of this paper, according to the function and status of each key element in the pattern of online learning, the writer divides the pattern of online learning into five big classes. They are independent learning pattern, accept learning pattern, resource learning pattern, intercommunion learning pattern, goal learning pattern, blending learning pattern. The writer particular studies to various kinds of learning pattern from influence and measure of it.The writer divides learning pattern of accepting into two kinds. They are Synchronous accept learning pattern and asynchronous accepting learning pattern. The asynchronous accept learning pattern is key research of this part. In The asynchronous accept learning pattern, the key infection of pattern is teacher's own quality and appropriate study content, study goal and intercommunion. In order to make the asynchronous accept learning pattern better, the teacher should do a good job of previous analysis while making the courseware. And student should have certain computer operative skill to communion with each other.The learning results of learner depend on extent of learner's independent in independent learning pattern. The learner's independent learning ability includes learning motivation and attitude, learning planning and schedule, learning method,utilization of resources.Results of learning in resource learning pattern depends on learner's information accomplishment. If we want to succeed, we must effort to train and improve the learner's information accomplishment. We can advance learner's information accomplishment from strengthen training of computer and network technology or the other ways.The results of intercommunion learning pattern does not reflect to on the degree of mastering which studies the content, but is personal emotion of learner, like positive, consciously. So, teacher should establish one candid partnership with learner. The teacher should express enthusiasm and make a response to the learner. The teacher should express the real interest and accept them to the learner. Don't do any judge or instruct and guide to the emotion that the learner show. In this kind of partnership between the teacher and learner should not have any pressure or compulsory. If learner can make the sureness of goal, they can make success in this pattern.In the fourth part, the writer makes some conclusion. The author hops this paper is usefulness to practice.
