The good legal environment can guarantee the successful holding of the Olympic Games. Successful Olympic Games calls the support and protection of the legal environment. Beijing holding 2008 Olympic Games brings a good opportunity for improving China social legal construction. We should establish related legal system and the first-class legal environment. Guaranteeing the successful holding of Beijing Oympic Games smoothly is our unremitting pursue.At present, the research about Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and China social legal construction is mainly concentrated in: the studies on the relevant idea of the Beijing Olympics, the studies on the relevant legal problems of the Beijing Olympics, the related research of the sport construction of legal system. Although these studies have discussed the Beijing urgent requirement of Olympic Games for the certain construction of legal system, haven't proceeded from the organic of China social legal construction, so there is no systematical studies and do not mention the deep study of their mutual relations. This paper regards the mutual relations of Beijing Olympics and China social legal construction as the research object, adopt experts consulted method referring document method, comparative and historical analyzed approach, in terms of law sociology to explain the mutual relations between the Beijing Olympics and China social legal construction and offer mutual strategies, in order to offer theoretical reference for promoting their benign interaction.
