After the "985" and "211" projects,the state proposed the construction of "double first-class",the construction of first-class universities and first-rate disciplines focused on the quality of higher education,the improvement of the quality of higher education ultimately settles on the quality of student learning.Based on the previous researcher's empirical research to find that there is a correlation and positive correlation between peer mutual aid,academic achievement and personal development,the paper organizes the status quo and existing problems of peer mutual assistance in colleges of China by the analysis of 443 undergraduate teaching quality reports in China's "211" and "985" universities.Gathering colleges that actively engage in peer mutual assistance and achieve higher achievements at home and abroad,and combining with the reality of our country's peer mutual assistance,we will actively build a road suitable for peer mutual assistance in our universities to provide more scientific,effective and concrete methods for Chinese universities to improve the quality of student learning.Reading a large amount of papers on peer mutual assistance home and abroad,from which the value and innovation of this study is highlighted.Defining the concept of peer mutual assistance,then building the internal correlation system based on sociology and pedagogy theory.Through the analysis of undergraduate teaching quality reports on China's "211" and "985" universities' 443 in the past seven years,we have found the follow problems of peer mutual assistance in our country: weak awareness of the peer mutual assistance;peer mutual assistance stays in the blueprint and not implemented;more attention to teachers' peer mutual assistance but ignore students;the form of peer mutual assistance is single and inadequate building of mutual assistance platform;peer mutual assistance content is more concerned with study and less attention to psychology,innovation etc.;lack of the mutual assistance protection and without the formation of peer mutual assistance norms.Actively drawing on the experience of universities home and abroad will help solve the problems in peer mutual assistance among universities in China.Through the introduction of the status of peer mutual assistance among the four universities of Berkeley,Harvard,Shantou,and Tsinghua universities,it is concluded that peer mutual assistance content has "Problem-oriented",peer mutual assistance requires to the cooperation with each other,and the peer mutual assistance security start from the strict admittance and training mechanism.On this basis,the emphasis is try to build peer mutual assistance in Chinese universities on the theoretical level,and make it develop from spontaneous into self-conscious on the consciousness level,refer to academic,psychological and personal development on the goal level;peer mutual assistance awareness,methods and contents linked with one another to form a peer mutual assistance system on road level and guided by a variety of subjects,diverse contents and multiple methods on evaluation level.Finally,the focus is on the practical level.Based on the three main bodies of schools,teachers and students,we make recommendations from the awareness,agents,platforms,fields,content and evaluations to specify the direction of our country's construction on the learning symbiosis of peer mutual assistance.
