A Study On The Affection Of The Mutual Help Group To The Elderly Living Alone In The City

With the development and changes of the society,the traditional family structure in China has been changing,and the number of nuclear family is increasing,the number and proportion of the special group of the elderly living alone are increasing rapidly.According to the sixth census data show that as of the end of 2014,China's elderly people over the age of 60 is about 212 million,accounting for about 38% of the total number,elderly people living alone accounted for 12.25% of the total number of elderly people.Due to the long time to live alone,this group is more likely to be lonely,depressed,or sad feelings caused by the spouse.In 2013,with the promulgation of the law of "going home to see",the spiritual consolation of the elderly has become a hot issue of the society.In this study,the author in Wuhan city X community social workers practice as the basis,to the community of the elderly as the research object,in the social support theory,attempts to construct a peer support group for the elderly,elderly people living alone will peer support as a new emotional alternative mechanism to compensate for the lack of emotional support and family.To alleviate and eliminate the loneliness,depression,sadness and other emotional problems.At the same time,based on the mutual relationship,mutual construction ability construction of these two main lines for the context,to promote a team formed intimate,friendly relations of cooperation;on the other hand by digging their own potential and actual elderly mutual aid to enhance the ability to achieve sustainable team cooperation.Through summary and evaluation of old people who live alone support groups,peer support groups to ease his emotional problems is effective.At the same time,this study found that to really achieve team members of mutual aid,not only should pay attention to the cultivation of the mutual relationship between team members,but also through to the team members themselves potential excavation and support ability,the sustainability of implementation group cooperation.In addition,this paper also summarizes the three difficulties encountered in the mutual assistance group activities: gender differences in the establishment of mutual support relationships;the group continued to work together to solve the problem;the community support is inadequate,the team is underdeveloped,and the sustainable path choice of the support group is put forward.
