Study on the new Pattern of Training Higher Professional Technicians in Agriculture. In these years, due to the introduction of developing higher vocational education policy of our party and country, the higher professional education in agriculture is taking on a new and high-speed look. Also, in cultivating higher agriculture technicians, the policy plays an important role in promoting the development of our agricultural and farming economy. However, at present in the course of fostering important problems, especially, in the main links of major courses, the arrangement of teaching contents and subject system, the reform of teaching pattern, and so on. Nowadays our education is still a subject-model education, our agricultural vocational education characteristics are limited, causing students'acting abilities not strong, and their techniques not skilled, meanwhile our training technician-qualities are influenced. Therefore, strengthening study on the new pattern of cultivating higher professional technicians in agriculture and constructing the new pattern of fostering agricultural vocational intellectuals become an up-coming urgent task.Combining our education with the characteristics of spreading undergraduate majors in agriculture, consulting home and abroad theories and practice of the new model of cultivating higher professional technicians in agriculture and absorbing some concrete activities home and abroad, this article analyses the goal of training and vocational specification toward higher professional technicians in agriculture, indicates the concept of the technician-training patterns in educating agricultural higher professional talents, and construe the characters and the yardsticks of the technician-training patterns of agricultural higher professional education.This research compares and analyses the four kinds of technician-training patterns: CBE, unit doublet system, the combination of working and learning and the linkage of pent-cyclic ring. On the basis of absorbing the experience of the patterns, here comes the fundamental thought of constructing the new pattern of fostering agricultural vocational technicians, namely, according to the development necessity of agriculture and farming, we are engaged in job-finding guide and carrying on post-ability education. On emphasizing the cultivation of techniques and abilities and developing students' fundamental qualities, vocation-position abilities and continuing policy, our education should deepen teaching process system and management system reform, project practice teaching, and advance the connection between producing andteaching. Thus proficient and excellent technicians in agriculture turn up in the future.This research puts forward a location based on the education of post-ability about the technician-training pattern of agricultural higher professional education. In addition, it sets up a teaching system which mainly contains three plates-professional ability, basic quality and sustainable development ability on vocational post, emphasizes the status of the professional ability, and comprehends the requirements toward the all-round quality technicians in agriculture and rural economic construction.As for practical teaching, this paper raises a principle which uses practical teaching plan as well theoretical teaching plan to stand up for the post-ability teaching system of agricultural higher vocational education. It breaks and changes the traditional way that practical teaching always depends on theoretical teaching.About the construction of course system, this article brings op the thinking -building the course pattern that based on ability, offering service for course and being subordinated to the ability education. It thoroughly breaks and changes the way that follows the model of subjective pattern on course offered.By connecting producing and teaching, an inquiry committee of professional experts was suggested to establish, which could make the professional experts take part in the whole course of technician cultivation, so as to establish a new pattern which realizes the connection of producing and teaching in the process of teaching.Through this research, the understanding toward technician training pattern which based on post-ability has been improved whether in mind or in theory .It also enriches and perfects the intention of this training pattern, basically establishes the technician training of this training pattern, basically establishes technician training pattern full ofagricultural higher vocational characteristics, and provides a good reference for the agricultural higher vocational colleges to reform their technician training pattern and improve the technician training quality.
