Study On Issues Of Cultivating New Type Professional Peasant

With the entering of 21 st century, new challenges are emerging for Chinese farmers.Because of the faster development of our country’s industrialization and urbanization,the transfer of rural labor is intensifying, and the problem that who is going to farming has become a must faced reality of Chinese Modernized agriculture. Under the condition that agriculture in our country is more and more serious, cultivating new professional farmers to promote our country to realize agricultural modernization is of great significance. Especially in recent years, the Chinese government attaches great importance to cultivating new professional farmers. In 2012 and 2013, the government put forward the central number one file that cultivating new type of professional farmers, as a result, it is coming into play.This paper takes the cultivation of new type of professional farmers as the breakthrough point, collecting the domestic and international research trends of new professional farmers, interviewing the farmers of Wufu village, Beishan town, Kaifu district, Changsha, summarizing the problems that came across in the process of cultivating new type of professional farmers,which are low speed, few quantity, poor quality, and no effect. On the other hand, analyzing the problem from the aspects of conception, education, economy, society, government and mechanism, which combined with foreign experiences in the cultivation of professional farmers to realize the importance of strict professional admittance system, input on education, training content’s practicability and legal safeguard.At last, this paper puts forward some countermeasures in cultivating new type of professional farmers, including setting up the modern concept of training, innovating cultivation pattern, optimizing cultivation surroundings and popularizing the new professional farmers as an occupation to perfect the cultivation and solve our country’s problem in cultivating new type of professional farmers, to promote the sustainable development of the “three rural” work.The study includes three innovations: foster new point of view the problem of farmers relatively new profession; conducted field research, material is relatively fresh; the integrated use of a variety of survey methods, theory and practice, a dynamic first-hand information for Cultivation of new occupational farmers provide a more extensive theoretical and practical basis.
