To adapt the needs of the social,the aim of higher education is developing useful talent for social and making all-roud development of college students' virtue, intelligence , sport, art, labor. The chapter points out college student should have good physical quality, healthy psychological quality and higher cultural and scientific quality so that they can adopt the needs of the new era. But now our higher education still have some shortcomings in quality education ,art education is just important way of making up these shortcomings ,art education is important to improve college students' quality.
