Being a kind of new curriculum, integrated practice reflects the brand new ideas of the curricular reform in our foundamental education, surpasses the value of traditional displinary curricular, and being taken into the structure of our foundamental education curricula. Integrated practice is a kind of curricula that students choose and settle on subjects for study from their learning or social life, so they can aquire, apply knowledge and solve problems. It contains inquiry learning, social practice, community service, training of working skill and information technique. It comes into being on the basis of recent experiences sumup of school activity curriculum.As a brand new kind of curricula, integrated practice curriculum is strange to school-teachers. Whether it can be successfully developed, teachers play quite an essential role. It require teachers transforming their role in curriculum, the integrated practice curriculum learner rather than the knowledge disseminator, the curriculum develop subject rather than the operator, the participant guide of the curriculum rather than the governor of students, cooperator rather than the sole guide. The implementation of this curriculum requires teachers: to transform educational views and renew curriculum ideas, to construct integrated knowledge structure, and to form multiple capacities structure.Teacher training for this curriculum contains pre-service teacher education and in-service teacher training.
