As a new model in the mobile internet age, the flipped classroom has attracted much attention both in China and abroad, the pedagogy of micro course is the localization development of flipped classroom in china. Many schools begin to try to change the traditional teaching model, and have made significant effect, but now the research about the pedagogy of micro course focuses on exploratory stage between theory and practice. Some teachers have an insufficient understanding about concept of micro course and the pedagogy of micro course. Some successful experience in schools is hard to get promotion and lack of scientific and effective training curriculum. According to developing and practicing the pedagogy of micro course, this project explores new training model of educational technology for teachers in primary and secondary school to help them acquire and practice the pedagogy of micro course more effectively and have a comprehensive understanding to teaching concept, technological environment and teaching practice, then help teachers master the production and management of micro course, learning sheet and learning activities in the classroom, and finally further make the pedagogy of micro course prevalent across the country. The dissertation includes five chapters:Chapter1 articulates the purpose and significance of this dissertation by discussing the worldwide prevalence of the flipped classroom and the relative scarcity of systematic training curriculum about the pedagogy of micro course, illustrating the contents, the methods, the framework and the thought of this research.With the professional perspective of education technology, Chapter2 defines the concepts in this paper rigorously. Based on theoretical and practical research about the pedagogy of micro course both in China and abroad,this part analyzes the status of teacher training for primary and secondary school.On the basis of analyzing the actual teaching needs of teachers participating in training, Chapter3 preliminarily determines the objectives, the content, the activities and the evaluation methods of training curriculum on the pedagogy of micro course.Chapter4 collects the teachers’ learning feedback during the process of training. Design-based research is used to develop and implement iteratively the training curriculum for three times. Finally this paper establishes relatively systematic training curriculum on the pedagogy of micro course for primary and secondary school teachers.To provide a reference for subsequent research, Chapter5 summarizes the innovation and deficiency of this paper.
