As an important reform and bright spots of basic education in our country,integrated practice curriculumcatches researchers’attention in the new curriculum program. As a new curriculum, the development of integrated practice curriculum has injected a new vitality to theinherent school course system and discipline teaching. It has been implemented more than10years.The full implementation of the course may have produced certain effectson the teachers’teaching and students’learning. This paper analysis the effects of integrated practice curriculum on teachers’teaching through somesurveys of teachers and students in9primary schools in the district of changsha and certain classroom observations of some subjects, it aims to put forward some suggestions to promote the development of teachers’teaching through the implementation of integrated practicecurriculum.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction. It briefly introduces the topic reasons, thetheoretical value and practical significance, literature review and research methods of this paper.The second part mainly analyzes the implementation of integrated practice curriculum’s positive effects on subject teaching, then draws a conclusion about the existing problems through analyzingsix dimensions: the teaching idea, teaching aim, teaching content, teaching method, the relationship between teachers and students, teaching evaluation and so on. Finally, through these analysises, It analyzes the problems, such as subject teaching can hardly meet the expected effects, and then analyzing the causes of these questions.The third part combined with the results obtained in the second part and the existing problems, analyzes the reasons of problems from the implementation of integrated practice curriculum, teachers and school administrators to conduct a comprehensive analysis.The forth part puts forward some advices to promote integrated practice curriculum to have positive impacts on teachers’discipline teaching.It tries to improve teachers’teaching and let integrated practice curriculum have positive impacts on teachers’displine teaching, through analyzing the nature of the course, the cultivation of teachers’ comprehensive curriculum awareness, teachers’abilities of displine teaching.
