| High school time is the prime time of people's life. Education experiment proves that reading influents people a lot before 18 years old. Compared with general reading, whole book reading has more positive influence in accumulating knowledge and forming culture foundation. It's quite significative for high school students to broaden knowledge, fulfill the mental life and promote the improvement of characteristics while reading whole book. This article discovers the historical experience of whole book reading, from books and whole book reading. After doing questionary survey, I find that current situation of senior high school students' whole book reading is in bad condition. There's great limitation in reading time and reading method. This article discovers all kinds of elements which influent senior students' whole book reading according to the influence of whole book reading from students themselves, their families, their schools and the society. I've got 8 pieces of conclusion according to the result of survey and tried to raise deeper discussion and suggestion. I've raised some practical suggestions in order to promote the reform of senior reading teaching and help senior students to improve reading ability and allround ability. |
