Teachers' subject value refers to allowing full play to teachers' subjective and the continuous promotion of it by their creative teaching practice and activities that make students develop mentally and physically in a free way, and meanwhile realizing the pursuit of meeting the value need of both society and teachers. Specifically, teachers' subject value is presented through many hidden factors in individual teacher or teacher group, including knowledge value, ability value, method value, personality value that is indispensable and critical for the development of students' subjective. Therefore, a correct recognition of the essence of teachers' subject value will help to form the scientific value and correct pursuit for teachers. Teachers' subject value is realizing in the process of their teaching practice during which the role of teachers' subject is given to full play and satisfies the need of both the society and teachers to the greatest extent. Also, the realizing degree of teachers' subject value will directly affect the displaying of teachers' activeness, initiative, creative spirit and development of teaching potential. So I believe that the realization of teachers' subject value should be based on the life growth and spirit development of the teacher. Only when teachers work for subjective life promotion, value realization and personality perfection and pursuit continuously for their life growth can the motivation source of teachers' subject value be prepared and the realization of the real subject value in teaching career be possible.Through analyzing the basic meaning and characteristics of teachers' subject, tachers' subjective and teachers' subject value, this dissertation puts forward that fully realizing teachers' subject value is not only the demand of teachers' longlife development, but the necessary demand for teaching career.
