Content: In the current society, the authority of the subject teacher from junior middle school is not only being ignored, but also exists much educational error, which has influenced the educational significant condition, students'development, what's more, brought unnecessary trouble to the management of the school and the teacher in charge. Many factors appear to make teachers'authority weaken during the social transformation period, which impels so many suspects to the existence of teachers'authority. The proper authority of the subject teacher from junior middle school needs to be clarified, safeguarded & strengthened, because of which, the author of this paper considers that it has to be studied indispensably.With the help of the research methods of materials study, questionnaire, interview and the particular case study, the thesis aims to do a systematic research & explanation to the authority problems of the subject teacher from junior middle school on both levels of theory and practice to compensate inadequacy in the past research and deepen the understanding to the authority of the subject teachers. This study emphasizes on three points: 1.Do a systematic study on the authority of the subject teacher from junior middle school through the explanation, conclusion & arrangement of the definitions, sorts and characteristics. 2. With the help of questionnaire and the current situation of the authority of the subject teacher from junior middle school, after approaching the particularity, necessity & the situations, the essay finds the shortcomings existed. 3. By analyzing influence factors to the shortcomings, the paper proposes some corresponding suggestions.From the lower vision of the students and by the way of the combination of theory and practice, the essay has not only compensated inadequacy microcosmic study and methods, but also replenished the empty study of subject teachers'authority. It aims to make the society, the family, the subject teachers themselves & the students realize the existed necessity of the authority of subject teachers, by which, the ignorance will be acknowledged and the applicability will be improved. Also some guidelines have given for constructing a united environment of the modern education.
