Presently,the teachers who are the educational subjects should pursue and realize a kind of subject value.As a kind of life existence and activity,the subject value of the teachers' takes on a kind of free life value.It reflects in the pursuit of the realization of teachers' self-value and in the realization and enjoyment of the appeal for the intrinsic value,such as:the truth,the goodness,the beauty,the freedom and the happiness.The teachers' subject value is manifested mainly through the value of knowledge,ability,method and personality,etc.However,the realization of the subject value of teachers is not a spontaneous process,it needs the effective interventions to awaken and support by the outside,and also,it needs the external driving force and internal change of the teachers to be inconsistent with each other.And the school-based training is the external means and effective ways for the realization of the teachers' subject value.This paper is according to senior high school teachers' school-based training as individual case in Handan city,it's based on the theory of teachers' integrated development,subjective development, career autonomous development,the subjectivity autonomous development and sustainable development,we know the real condition of senior high school teachers' subjective value in Handan through the research and survey,such as teachers' subjective participation consciousness and behavior and how to promote their ability,we can get that through analysis that teachers' subjective value restricts by internal and external factors.The internal factors mainly include three aspects:lack of self-consciousness,indefiniteness of sense of worth,lack of knowledge and ability levels.The external factors mainly have four aspects such as:the school is lacking the conciousness in the importance of school-based training and lacking plan and guide.The training content is so short in direction that cannot meet teachers' demands.Organization and management is not enough.Through the study,the authors believe that there are two essential conditions to promote the realization of the teachers' subject value:the demand of their own development and the surrounding environment.Therefore,the teachers should promote their pursuit of the subject value through re-understanding and acquire ego-drive through communication.Also the school should respect the teachers' subjectivity as well as their demands,layout school-based training according to the characteristics of the teachers' development,fully consider the factors which have influences on the development of the teachers and construct the school-based training mode which contribute to the development of the teachers.
