At present, the education field is being faced with a deep reform, and the media plays an important part in this reform. Educators' various media views will influence their attitudes in the media application and the media application effect. And educators' attitudes will influence their choices of instructional mode, learning mode and the way teachers and students interact with each other. In addition, it will influence the realizing the instructional objective. It is very obvious that educators' media view is correct will make the quality education progress and approach to mission of the teacher's career.There are three reasons for this research of media view. First, it tries to illuminate the original nature of educational media. The foundational purpose of the application of media in education is to solve instructional problems. Second, it tries to change educators' technology-centered media view into human-centered media view. Third, it tries to strengthen the study of media theory and the combination of theory and practice. Educators' media view determines their attitude in the process of applying media and the effect of media on instruction. So it is important to help educators develop correct media view.However, there are many problems about media in current instruction. For example, the development of software is not in step with that of hardware; the theoretical research of media isn't in accordance with the practice; media's function of improving instruction is not so good; and so on. Therefore it is necessary to do a deep research into media theory. It is important for educators to hold a humanized media view and to be human-centered and consider the human factor in designing media, developing software, choosing media and constructing learning environment. The purpose of all these is to help students grow.There are four main components in this study.
