However, in order tomeet the appreciation of the beauty, the mass media has changed the tedious sports show, inturn to develop and improve the styles and contents of the show, to get better audienceratings and loyalty index. As a result, the pure sports show will fade out of the sights ofpeople, and a mimicry environment is created by media physical culture, most of those arefull of attentions and disputes, but still getting a lot of favors from the mass. The mediaphysical culture, as a culture type, has been gradually accepted by more and more people,even more, replacing the pure sports. The people get full satisfy from vision and acoustically.With a view to researching the effect of the media physical culture and analysing thecause of the media physical culture，this paper adopted the methods of document literature，by means of CNKI to retrieve the related academic research and consult the relatedinformation. Summarized the effect of the media physical culture is that it is not only compelthe change of the existent form of physical culture itself and the values of direct participantin physical culture but also reflect the significance of symbol in the structure of the mediaphysical culture. This paper also analysis the cause of the media physical culture from thevicissitudes of social modality and the development of economy，particularly from thebackground of increasingly serious commercialization and the transformation of people’spolitical concept. The final view is that the media physical culture is not only the socialdevelopmental progress and period outcome in the effect of the society in all directions, atthe same time, it react to the society and deeply influenced people’s daily life, even subvertpeople’s view to this kind of cultural form on physical culture.The development of the media physical culture cater to people’s worldly concept andmake it develop for a long time. With the glory of the media physical culture, we have toworry about that it’s abuse with the drive of commercial benefit，such as too much sham、entertainment and the violent frames which is flood people’s vision. The most important wayto make sure the media physical culture develop in a health orientation is that we need to enhance the autonomy in mass media and strictly normalize the moral norm in practitionerof the media physical culture.
