Therefore, the research on the collegial RE. culture in campuses which is composition of physical culture and physical culture in campus has important meaning. Most of the teachers lay more emphasis on technical and healthy directions but overlook the importance of lifelong physical education, sequentially neglect the leading to students' consciousness of lifelong physical education.4, the atmosphere that everybody participates and everyone bears responsibility in physical culture construction in campus of university in Shanxi has not come into being.5,there are many factors of restricting the development of physical culture construction in campus of university in Shanxi such as concept and system, but the most pivotal contradiction is in the material and economic aspect.
