| The campus sports spiritual culture refers to the specific spiritual wealth and culturalatmosphere created by the teachers and students in colleges and universities for a long time, isthe soul and the core of the construction of campus sports culture, including sports thoughtidea, the sports goal, sports spirit concept, sports ethics, sports knowledge and sports fashion,etc. The construction of the campus sports spiritual culture can play a positive and healthyguide and promote role for students. On the other hand, it is important to promote the positivedevelopment of quality education effectively , contribute to the college students’ active acceptsports thought, inherit and carry forward the fitness culture, create a healthy collegecampus sports spiritual culture atmosphere, enhance the lifelong physical education conceptand create the high-quality talent.In this paper, with Shandong Normal University, Shandong University, China Universityof Petroleum, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Shandong AgriculturalUniversity and Binzhou college, Heze college, Jining college, Dongying vocational college,Zaozhuang college, a total of ten universities’university students, PE teachers, leadership incharge of Sports as investigation object. Through the method of literature, expert interview,questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, from sports ideology,sports goal, sports spirit concept , Sports Ethics, sports knowledge, Sports fashion, a total ofsix aspects for the investigation and analysis of campus sports spiritual cultural constructionstatus in Universities of Shandong Province, on this basis, put forward the relevantcountermeasures and suggestions to strengthen campus spiritual culture construction .Basedon the study of the physical education curriculum’influence on campus sports spiritualcultural construction, at the same time ,the high level sports team’influence in Colleges anduniversities of Shandong province on campus sports cultural construction are also included.The results of the study show that:1, Most of students’sports concept in Colleges and universities in Shandong province iscorrect, but there are also some problems that college students’ PE ideology is still superficialand conservative. They can’t understand the sports positive influence on human itself, therefore, university student’s sports idea in Shandong Province still has some differences andstill needs improvement and progress.2, Most of the colleges and universities in Shandong province has not form a system ofsetting sports goal, even if have the relevant regulations, the implementation of theregulations often sell at a discount. College campus sports programming can not completelyconsistent with the actual situation of the school, and because of the contradiction there aremany difficulties constantly in the actual implementation of established sports system incolleges and universities of Shandong Province.3,Most of the students in Colleges and universities of Shandong province has good sportsspirit, can respect the opponent, abide by sports rules and the referee’s command andleadership when participate in sports ,and show a good hard work ahead, constantlycompetition, solidarity and cooperation, law-abiding, patriotic love school, challengethemselves and the pursuit of lifelong sports spirit, but students in sport due to the lack ofinnovative consciousness, innovative ability and innovative spirit, need to be furtherimproved in these aspects.4, Most of the students in Colleges and universities of Shandong Province in sports, to befair competition, have stronger organizational discipline and a certain sense of responsibility,and show the good qualities of collectivism. College students in Shandong province in sportshasn’t shown the motivation of utilitarianism, they participate in the sports to enhance theirphysical fitness and regulate emotion, certainly, some students investigated maybe adopt anevasive attitude in order to avoid interference. From the survey, we see college students ofShandong Province take part in sports in the principle of fair competition, but they still have alack of sense of responsibility and discipline.5, Physical education teachers in university of Shandong Province impart knowledge ofphysical education is more of physical techniques, skills , and teaching way is single, onlythrough the physical education to impart college students’ physical knowledge. Collegestudents enjoy and need sports knowledge comparison of rich and colorful, entertainment andsports fitness classes and rules of sports is lack in the teaching process, it can not meet theneeds of the college students.6, College students of Shandong Province have not form the habit of active participationin sports, independent participation in sports mentality is not effectively aroused, it isindicated sports fashion has no stable and durable and needs further stability andpopularization.7, The healthy and actively development of campus sports spiritual culture need campus sports material culture and the sports system culture construction to support and promote. Inthis survey, campus sports material culture and the sports system culture are included tounderstand the actual situation of the campus sports cultural construction accurately. Throughactual investigation, we found the current existence of multifaceted, multi-level factors tiedwith Shandong province university campus sports cultural construction and development, themain factors is the University ’s sports facilities or equipment isn’t perfect, school leadership’sawareness on sports s is poor, college students’ physical quality is declining, heavy academicburden, poor physical health consciousness .etc.According to these existing problems found in the survey, putting forward the followingsuggestions:1, Colleges and universities of Shandong province should pay more attention to theundergraduates’ consciousness and concept of lifelong physical education, promote thedevelopment of school sports，seek the combination with social sports to keep pace with thetimes. Through their own efforts and the communication with extracurricular sportsorganization, improve the situation of campus sports spiritual culture environmentconstruction, make students change and break through the traditional sports idea byparticipation in sports, sports competitions and other forms to from a deeper, higher level ofexcellent sports ideas.2, Perfecting sports management regulations in university of Shandong Province.Colleges and universities make practical, effective campus sports culture construction planaccording to their own actual conditions. Establish and perfect the regulations for promotingthe development of sports, and ensure that the regulations were implied strictly and operatedeffectively for college sports work to be carried out smoothly in Shandong Province.3, Colleges and universities of Shandong province should publicize the sports spiritconstantly, obey the referee, comply with the rules, respect for opponents, sports andenterprising spirit, in order to improve students’ sports spiritual concept actually. In view ofthe current situation college students are lack of innovation awareness, innovative spirit andinnovative ability, universities should work hard to establish a kind of good creative cultureatmosphere by opening innovation course and carrying out innovation competition and otheractivities, in order to improve students’sports innovation spirit vigorously.4,Colleges and universities in Shandong Province should establish sports newspaper,promote sports slogans, and preach the principle of fair competition, good discipline andresponsibility through the campus news broadcast, strengthen the correct physical educationmoral behavior in the daily sports teaching and extracurricular sports activities to avoid the erosion of utilitarianism thought.5,University physical education teachers in Shandong Province should consciouslystrengthen the learning and training to improve their work ability, the professional quality aswell as the occupation moral and ideological progress, advance with the times, constantlybuild reasonable, perfect knowledge structure and ability structure, to ensure their own sportstheory knowledge and sports technology meet students’ growing, various demand and keep upwith the development trend of the times in order to meet the social development demand. Inthe physical education teaching process, change the status the type of physical educationknowledge and the method of teaching is single, increase the proportion of the entertainmentfitness and sports rule class in sports knowledge teaching, transform a variety of new forms,use a variety of modern means of communication and other measures to meet the collegestudents’ actual demand of the increasingly rich and colorful sports knowledge.6, College physical education teachers in Shandong Province improve their professionalquality, ability and self-cultivation continuously by continuous learning, reading and doingexercise, and set an example for students to participate in sports or sports competition.Colleges and universities in Shandong Province arouse their campus life spiritual atmosphereby holding various forms of sports activities and propaganda activities. The university campusis full of vitality and form healthy, good, correct sports fashion through continuous practiceand effort.7, Colleges and universities in Shandong Province should raise funds from multiplesources to increase campus infrastructure investment and construction, pay special attentionthat the campus sports material culture construction provide a good foundation and solidfoundation to smooth, positive campus spiritual culture construction, for example, strengthenthe construction and management of sports venues and sports facilities, use the existingschool facilities rationally. Establishing related sports system, sports rules and plans from theaspect of college campus sports institution ensure the smooth, positive development ofcolleges and universities campus sports spiritual culture in Shandong Province. In addition,improve and strengthen leadership’s understanding for school sports work importance andguiding role, establish related system constraints and various effective ways to cultivatestudents’ sports health consciousness and conception , lighten students’burden ,and so on. Inorder to better serve the campus sports spiritual culture on the benign development, integrateover a variety of factors and strengthen university campus sports cultural construction inShandong Province at a systematic and holistic perspective. Colleges and universities inShandong Province should try to improve the school running quality and economic strength, strive for the formation of high level sports team for a variety of project in order to drive theschool good sports atmosphere rise and to promote the undergraduates can consciouslyparticipate in sports, and continuously improve the level of school sports and CollegeStudents’physical health level, create a good college campus cultural atmosphere to providepowerful support and power for the construction of campus spiritual culture. |
