| Social development and competition has protruded the importance of education, so the development of high-quality schools has become the important aim of educational reform throughout the world. The core aim of another new round curriculum reform of basic education in our country is to provide high-quality education for each student, while high-quality education mainly depends on high-quality schools. Therefore, research and exploration on the construction of high-quality schools have significant meaning to the realization of the aims of the new curriculum.First, the thesis gives a brief introduction about the research on the construction of high-quality schools in our country and at abroad, and analyzes and defines the concept of high-quality schools on the base of general understanding of high-quality schools, and then regards high-quality schools as this kind of schools that promote all-round development of all students with excellent educational work and excellent school culture. Next, the thesis gives a detailed narration about the basic ideas of the construction of high-quality schools in the light of new curriculum. It regards "for all-round development of all students" as the aim of school management of high-quality schools. On the school management, it requires schools to have ideals of humanities, school-based, opening and personality. On the teaching process, it requires schools to reflect features of life and development; it also requires schoolsto have the ideals of reconstructing new school culture. Finally, integrating basic ideas above, the thesis introduces and analyzes the practice of constructing high-quality education of A primary school in the city of Fuzhou, to point out the gains and loss of the school during its process of constructing high-quality school. Meanwhile, it also puts forward some effective solutions to the existing problems. |
