Sweden is one of the most developed countries in the world. It began a large-scale curriculum reform of the basic education in the 90's of 20th Century. It is very necessary to study the curriculum reform on the context of our basic education curriculum reform. We can learn from a number of favorable factors, to promote the development of China's education reform.This article contains five parts:First part, preface. Expatiate on the reason of choosing this topic, research status in domestic and foreign, and illuminate the purpose, significance, mentality and method of this article.Second part, summarize of Sweden and education. Analyze the context of the Curriculum Reform of the Basic Education in Sweden in the 90's of 20th Century. Expatiate on the course of Swedish education development and educational feature. Sweden is famous for superior adult education, and it is distinctive to combining the general education and vocational education together.Third part, the ideas of the Curriculum Reform of the Basic Education in Sweden in the 90's of 20th Century. Sweden always put education equity on the most important position in the educational reform. On the curriculum tropism of value, it is considered that education should develop individual capability. Sweden introduces the sustainable development in the field of education, and specific subject curriculum may refer this policy. They pay much attention to improve the development of efficiency and the quality of education, also stressed the concept of democratic decision-making course. The fourth part, innovation on curriculum reform of basic education in Sweden. This part analyzes the goal of course, the structure of course, course management, course estimate. On the goals of course, they classified goals into goals to strive towards and to be attained. Language course as the basic course in the structure of curriculum, and make core course plan in senior high school. They give local authority the right of making decision in course, goal—aim model is been carried out in the field of course management.The fifth part, problem and revelation in the curriculum reform of the basic education in Sweden. Although Sweden emphasis education equity in the basic education curriculum reform process, education equity did not achieve fully, there are differentials in sex, ethnic region, and so on. We can learn the educational model of combing the general education and vocational education together; study the policy of sustainable development in the field of education. We should following the tide of curriculum in the world, communicating and collaborating with foreign countries on education and culture.
