Life skills training is an important measure to promote psychological health of teenagers. Its key purpose is to help teenagers changing cognition into behavior, improve the social ability of psychology and prevent the emergence of problem behavior as well. In this thesis, the author chooses the students in middle vocational technical schools as research objects, analyzing the reason problem behaviors in middle vocational technical schools happen and emphasizing the necessity of life skills training. Furthermore, though training the students in life skills according to the training manual named Positive Life Choice, she makes a systematic research and analysis on training principle, method and course content which is suitable to the middle vocational technical schools, especially those in the borderland. This thesis concentrates on showing the author's exploration and thinking on life skills training of middle vocational technical schools.
