Research On Government Behavior For The "Dual System" Cultivation Of Skilled Talents In Quanzhou Vocational Colleges

In recent years,higher vocational education in China has entered the stage of connotation construction and characteristic construction.To strengthen the education of training of the “dual system” technical skills in higher vocational colleges,achieve the benefit of enterprise,school,students,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,promote economic growth and improve enterprise competitiveness,the key is to promote the quality of education.However,the "dual system" of technical skills training in higher vocational colleges is not enough,and the long-term cooperation mechanism has not been established.The enterprises lack of motivation has become a big obstacle in which constrains the reform and development of higher vocational education.Therefore,these policies should be further formulated and implemented to promote the development of the "dual system" technical skills training in vocational colleges under the auspices of the government.The research methods,which consists of literature research,comparative research and interviews,are utilized in this paper.It is investigating the government behavior of "dual system" technical personnel training in higher vocational colleges at Quanzhou city.The present research status is described.The achievements and the remaining problems in the training of technical and technical personnel of "dual system" in vocational colleges at Quanzhou city is analyzed.The Quanzhou government are crucial in the training of technical and technical personnel of "dual system" in higher vocational colleges.It is obvious that the government plays the key role in the training of technical and technical personnel of education in China.
