The study adopted the Chinese Reading Supporting strategies Test of Hearing Impaired Primary Students and the Chinese Reading Supporting strategies Test of Hearing Impaired Secondary Students (developed by researcher) respectively tested 74 hearing impaired primary students and 135 hearing impaired secondary students. Then it discussed that the question supporting strategy, signal supporting strategy, outline supporting strategy and picture supporting strategy had influenced on Chinese reading effect of hearing impaired students who had different reading levels.The major findings were as following:For the high reading level primary students, outline supporting strategy was the best choose. For the mediocre level and low level primary students, signal supporting strategy was the best choose. For different levels hearing impaired secondary students, question supporting strategy was a good choose; For Grade 5 hearing impaired students, question supporting strategy, signal supporting strategy, outline supporting strategy and picture supporting strategy can improve the effects of the reading. For Grade 6 hearing impaired students, question supporting strategy, signal supporting strategy and outline supporting strategy can improve the effects of the reading. For Grade 8 hearing impaired students, question supporting strategy and signal supporting strategy can improve the effects of the reading. For Grade 9 hearing impaired students, question supporting strategy can improve the effects of the reading.
