In a practical aspect of organization management, the research analyzed the relative stressors of occupational stress from organization itself with considering the influence of A Type Behavior Pattern (ATBP) to occupational stress. Based on reviewing the relative research globally and the conditions of Suzhou local enterprise, six factors (labeled Role Ambiguity, career, Organizational Constraints, Role Conflict, Influence from Family and Work Load) were extracted by Principal components analysis from the occupational stressor questionnaire. In those with the different levels of employee's age, types of occupation, education and ATBP showed significant difference.The research also discovered that the occupational stress significant different to ATBP, the last significantly influents the physical stress from the factors of Career and Organizational Constraints.
