In order to further promote the construction of a high-quality education system,Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in compulsory education issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council in 2021 require a student-oriented and government-led overall education policy,so as to promote the construction of basic education and realize the goal of becoming an ecological power in education. However,in order to solve the contradiction between teachers’ time management and teaching tasks, the school should implement the "5+2" mode.Although the pressure on teachers in daily work can be reduced to a certain extent, this mode has high requirements for teachers, especially in the work efficiency, adjustment of life and working time. Some teachers work more than eight hours a day.In addition, the policy requires teachers to be creative and meet the diverse needs of students. As a result, some teachers still need to carry out after-school tutoring and interest activities after the regular teaching.Based on this, after sorting out and analyzing relevant literature, this paper uses individual-environment matching theory,Lazarus’ cognitive interaction theory and Maslow’s needs theory for analysis. This paper attempts to analyze the influencing factors of teachers’ occupational stress through field research, and seek corresponding countermeasures,so as to further relieve teachers’ pressure and improve teaching effect. In particular, based on personal teaching experience and excellent literature, the author conducts research and analysis on the professional pressure of teachers, which makes the research more accurate and reliable, and hopes to effectively relieve the pressure of teachers and promote the career development of junior middle school teachers and students.By selecting the middle school teachers in R City,J Province as the research objects, the questionnaire survey was conducted by means of online questionnaire. In the end,388 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the survey results:(1)The research shows that the pressure structure faced by teachers in R City,J Province has changed. In addition to the traditional factors such as examination and college entrance examination, welfare status, parents of students and public opinion, the application of new media, the diversified knowledge structure of students and the requirements of The Times have also brought new challenges to teachers.(2)From the perspective of age, family, professional title, teaching hours, teaching disciplines, salary and other aspects, different groups of teachers face different sources and degrees of pressure.(3)The pressure of junior high school teachers in R City,J Province mainly comes from five factors: students, schools, families, teachers, parents of students and public opinions.Based on the above research and analysis, from the perspective of management, some effective countermeasures to relieve the pressure of junior high school teachers are put forward. These measures include government departments, education management departments, schools and teachers.
