With the rapid development of China’s social economy,education reforms are in full swing.Under such circumstances,traditional teaching methods and teaching concepts have been greatly impacted,which has brought greater pressure on teachers.The occupational pressure of teachers has a very unfavorable influence on the development of teachers.There are differences in the occupational pressures among teachers who teach different subjects.From the current research status of teachers’occupational stress,high school teachers have higher professional pressure and are higher than those in other stages.The purpose of this study is to investigate teachers in Changchun A high school,analyze the status quo of Changchun City A high school teachers’ occupational stress,analyze the causes of the pressure,take effective measures from the school management level to solve,and make the occupational stress of high school teachers.Get better relief,so that high school teachers better into the education and teaching work,and provide reference for other similar schools to solve the problem of teacher occupational pressure.In the process of researching teachers’ occupational stress,this paper takes Changchun A high school as the research object,conducts questionnaire survey and interview analysis on Changchun A high school teachers,and deals with the data using excel software,and calculates the mean and standard deviation.A total of 164 questionnaires were distributed in this survey.The survey targets mainly middle-level leaders and teachers involved in the college entrance examinations,and 156 questionnaires were collected.The effective rate of the survey questionnaires was 97.4%.In the specific research process,the teacher’s professional development,organization management,student management,examinations and progression,wages and benefits,family problems,economic problems,and personality traits were studied in terms of teacher stress.Through questionnaire survey and interview analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The current system and school management methods lead to increased professional pressure on teachers;(2)During the process of student management,teachers’ professional management pressure increases as the difficulty of student management increases.(3)Increased workload is an increase in teacher pressure;(4)The teacher’s own reason is also one of the reasons leading to increased occupational stress.Based on the above conclusions,this paper suggests:(1)The school should adopt a scientific management approach to break down the pressure on teachers;(2)Pay attention to the concept of humanistic management and effectively relieve the pressure on teachers;(3)Take effective incentive measures for teachers and change pressure into motivation.Promote teacher development.
