On Developing Strategies Of Physical Education In Middle Schools Of Guangxi

This thesis based on rural school in Guangxi Province as training set and combine historical literatures, experts investigate result, questionnaire investigate result, statistical methods and prediction methods, according to the high school physical education reform request, aimed at physical education in high school, after school physical activity, persons qualified to teach of physical training, management of physical culture, physical hardware establishment to survey the current studio any analyses the result, the final target is based on the society, commerce and education development logically predict the physical education development and put forward the high school physical education strategic goal and the countermeasure of implement target. The thesis can promote the development of school physical education in middle schools of Guangxi; it provides with grounds departments responsible for education when they draw up the policies and plans of developing physical education; it also helps middle schools in city as well as countryside to appropriately fix the direction of developing school physical education. Finally the thesis can act as reference for carrying out school physical education in a planned way and advancing working quality and efficiency. A survey about the status in quo of high school physical education has been done, from the result it can be seen that physical education in high school natural, however, during the physical education reforming period, the entire reform is not powerful enough, teaching plan, teaching content, teaching evaluation have not broke the traditional bondage. The aim of physical education is not clear, the schema of physical education need to be approved; after school activity is good, however the content and the form is still disorder; one hour outside activity does not perform very good; the quality of gym teachers need to be approved; financial problem, space problem and the lack of equipment still block the development of physical education, especially in rural area. At the same time, there is a gap between the rural area physical education and urban physical education includes education reform process, equipments, investment etc. There are many reasons cause that, firstly the education department is influenced by traditional idea, they have not noticed the importance of physical education. Secondly, the government does not invest enough to develop the physical education. Thirdly, the principle of physical management is not perfect and they do not have sanction, so the implement result is not very good. Finally, gym teachers need to improve their own ability, they are the operator of physical education, so they will influence physical education in a large scale. According to current official documents of the nation and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region concerning national economy, social development and education, such as "The Ninth Five-year Plan of National Education and Development Plan of 2010", "The Tenth Five-year Plan Outline of National Economy and Social Development in People's Republic of China", "The Tenth Five-year Plan of Developing Educational Cause in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region", "Action Plan of Developing Education Facing 21st Century", "Rules of School Physical Education", Teachers'Law", "Physical Education Law", "Outline of Reforming Basic Educational Courses", the author takes into consideration the results of survey and puts forward to aims of reformation of physical education in middle schools of Guangxi and countermeasures of carrying out these aims on the basis of comprehensive analysis. Guangxi high school physical culture development target: under the condition of guarantee physical course and physical activity development, the official education department and school define strictly perfect principle and rules, polish related document to make physical education to be continue and more systemic, improve the quality of physical education and after school activity, gradually increase the investment, improve the quality of hardware. The countermeasure of achieve Guangxi high school physical education development stratagem goal: (1) form a well management system, the different level official education department Convert government and leader's idea; define macroscopically management target and different management system, establish monitor, evaluate system and rewards and punishment system, give the gym teachers more opportunity to study and exchange experience. (2)establish school physical development target and schema, choose experienced gym teacher write the <> for different city , county, different school according the schema, establish school own teaching plane, tutor idea, perfect physical course content and the evaluation system, make the physical teaching process for grade school to high school to senior high school. (3) Perfect gym teacher management, establish gym teachers'degree, the title of a technical post development and teacher's long term, middle term and short term training plane, gradually improve teacher's quality. Set down a system to evaluate and test teachers, strengthen the exchange of teachers. (especially between the urban teacher and rural teacher).(4) Obey national policies, increase the investment of education, guarantee physical fee payout. Gradually, improve the hardware and satisfied the physical request.
