Under the circumstance of improving the students' humanities quality education of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi, this thesis attempts to conduct a research to the students' humanities quality education in high school in Guangxi by the means of data—collecting, practical investigation, mathematical statistic and logical analysis. Its aim is to find out the current situation and the subjective and objective factors of restricting the development of the students' humanities quality education of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi , to analyzise the necessity of the students' humanities quality education of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi. It puts forward the proposals on enhancing the students' humanities quality education of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi based on the above so that it can offer the accurate, reliable, subjective basis and reference to the education policy—making body. It has significant meanings to improve the whole levels of the the students' humanities quality education of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi and to adapt to the needs of the society.During the studies on the current situation of the students' humanities quality education of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi, the author finds that the whole levels of the students' humanities quality education of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi is poor. Some students are perplexed on the outlook on life and are thrown into confusion on the outlook of value, money is more and more important to them; some even doubt the reason why they should study and the value of the knowledge; their humanities knowledge structure are not perfect and distributed unbalanced—senior students are better than junior students, undergraduate students are better than college students, students who are enrolled by national education body are better than students who are enrolled by their school, students who go in for sports for a short time are better than students who go in for sports for a long time; some students' attitude towards study are not correct, they pay more attention to the course's utility and function when they choose courses. Besides, there are differences between the humanities quality knowledge the students have and the humane spirit the students show, some students do not adapt to the campus life for a long time. But, the current situation on students' humanities quality of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi is better than the objective calculation before investigation. There are many factors that lead to the whole levels of the students' humanities quality of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi, such as being short of understanding on carrying out the humanities quality education, the particularity of the sports and physical education and the students' origin, the restrictive condition for running a school and the curriculum, the teachers' humanities quality levels and the influence of the campus' environment. These factors always mingle with each other, infuence the students' humanities quality education of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi, restrict the improvement of the students' humanities quality. To counter this situation, the author proposes several feasible measures so that they can improve the students' humanities quality education of sports and physical education in high school in Guangxi. For example, changing the educational concept, taking a correct attitude toward running a school, not only the school leaders, the teachers but also the students should have the educational outlook, opinions on talent and the teaching opinions which accord with the demands of the times; making full use of the superiority of sports and physical education , tapping the humanities meanings of the specialized courses in order to mke the content of the specialized courses more richer; giving full play to the students...
