During the process of education reformation, the Science Education has becoming a focus which was noticed by people recently .Large numbers of research indicates that Science Teacher has taken an important part in the development of Science Education, especially in the process of bringing Science Course into execution. But our Science Course is still in leading strings, apparently, training of Science Teachers has becoming to an important means to impel the development of Science Course. At the same time, we also find that the traditional training pattern which based on school has not been seasoned with the new trend and requirement of the training assignment. So, the reformation and innovation of the Teacher Training pattern is very important. The development of Web and gradual maturity of network educational technology provides enough substance condition and new development thought. "Science Teacher Training in Web-Based Environment"accords the requirement of teacher continuing education. Besides, it has a lot of predominance which was wanting in traditional training pattern. Because of the domestic elementary status, there is still a mass of questions for us to discuss. Therefore, the text will discuss the issue of "Science Teacher Training in Web-Based Environment". The text is carved up into 4 parts. The first one analyzes actuality and development trend of science teachers training in our country and overseas and sums up superiority of "Science Teacher Training in Web-Based Environment"that compared with traditional methods, much more, points out significance of this paper. The second part expatiate the academic background of Science Teacher Training in Web-Based Environment, including distance training, the two most important methods, independent learning and collaborative learning. It is also the academic foundation of this paper. The third part discusses course-exploitation about Science Teacher Training in Web-Based Environment. And the fourth part is the revelation of application exploitation case.
