With the deepening of primary school curriculum reform,primary school science teachers are facing new challenges and opportunities.Primary school science teachers must meet the requirements of new curriculum reform,must improve their own scientific quality,promote the professional development of teachers,and teacher training is to achieve Teachers' professional training is an important part of teacher professionalism.Therefore,teacher training is very important.At present,there are still many problems in the training of elementary science teachers.For example,the training contents are not well-targeted and the forms of training are too superficial,resulting in unsatisfactory training results.The survey shows that the training institutions only understand the trainers' ideas and suggestions after training,make the training of the science teachers more meaningful,so as to achieve a real preset effect,and the training institutions must conduct a detailed survey of the needs of the trainers before training.And analysis,and then through the development of targeted training strategies to meet the needs of participants,improve the scientific quality of the participants and achieve the true purpose of training.However,in China,there are relatively few researches on the current status of primary school science teachers' training needs and countermeasures.Therefore,the author thinks this research has important value.This research bases on the elementary school science teachers in Changchun City as the research object,relying on the literature on elementary school science teacher training researched by relevant domestic and foreign scholars,mainly through questionnaires,conducting surveys and researches from various aspects,and mastering elementary school science teachers in Changchun City.The team's basic situation,training status,professional quality,training needs,etc.,based on this analysis focused on the primary school science teachers in their own training needs and teacher training problems,for the training of teachers,related schools and Training units put forward effective countermeasures to better improve the scientific quality of science teachers and provide a favorable guarantee for the professional development of elementary school science teachers.
