Research On Humane Quality-oriented Education In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Engineering

Humane quality-oriented education is a great theoretical and practical problem concerning the overall situation of higher vocational and technical education. It is a new educational ideology to echo the new trend of education reform from home and abroad, which will help the students in higher vocational colleges to develop in an all-round way. It will also help to implement the scientific development view in higher vocational colleges and help to train qualified talents who can meet the needs of contemporary economic development.At present, higher vocational colleges of engineering in our country have already adopted such methods as specialty penetration, environment edification and special course etc. to launch the humane quality-oriented education activities in various degrees. But there still exist such problems as scattered educational layout, the weakness in comprehension, era and pertinence of the contents, the imperfectness of the implementing forms and methods etc.. These questions are correlated with such external factors as social environment, employment, family, policy guidance and those internal factors such as the attention degree of the school, the specialties and courses offered, the current situation of the teaching body, the students' understanding and the campus cultural environment etc.. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges of engineering must change the idea to improve the attention degree, deepen the reform to optimize the education system, strengthen the study to grasp the law of humane quality-oriented education, and highlight individual character to enforce the actual effects, train and temper to improve the level of the teachers, explore actively to construct the assessment system, thus push humane quality-oriented education to a higher degree.
